Terms of Service

1. Terms Agreement

By installing or using the Aovance application on your Shopify storefront, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a brand, organization, or agency, you represent that you hold the legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

All plans are billed through standard Shopify billing mechanisms.

• Free Trials: Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. If you do not downgrade or uninstall within this period, Shopify will execute recurrent charges.
• Overage Fees: Usage exceeding the monthly order limits of your plan will incur overage charges, calculated automatically and included in your Shopify monthly invoice.
• Downgrades & Cancellations: Merchants can change plans or cancel at any time inside the Shopify Admin. Downgrading to the STARTER plan suspends future subscription fees immediately.

3. Limitation of Liability

Aovance is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that storefront widgets will load without network latency or run uninterrupted across all browser configurations. Under no circumstances shall Aovance or its developers be held liable for storefront conversion losses, server errors, or sales downtime.

4. Term Termination

Uninstalling the app terminates these terms immediately, but does not waive any accrued overage charges or billing invoices outstanding within your active Shopify billing loop.
